All Sales Are Final
At Allstar Cargo Trailers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any trailers, products, or accessories once a purchase has been completed.
Due to the nature of our inventory—which includes custom-built and made-to-order trailers—we are unable to restock or resell returned units. As such, we do not accept returns or process refunds for any reason, including customer error or change of mind.
Before You Buy
To ensure a confident and informed purchase, we strongly recommend that all customers:
- Double-check all trailer specifications before confirming your order.
- Ask questions and communicate any specific needs to our sales team.
- Request photos, dimensions, or videos if you are unable to see the trailer in person.
Our team is always happy to help you get the information you need before making a final decision.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your trailer arrives damaged or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us immediately. While we cannot offer a refund or return, we will work directly with the manufacturer to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
